Where is your Heart

September Update

Dear Friends,

God’s Grace. It is still amazing. Grace is not just unmerited favor, it is the empowerment of God for success. God gives and we receive. I think we limit the opportunities God puts before us. We also need to be careful at how we define success. Success is not just doing something well, it is finding the reason for your creation. God is always guiding us. He does not push us, but goes before us and calls out to us. I urge you today to listen to His voice. So many people want to be the leader, but it is those who help, that create harmony. I love music. I especially love hearing the different parts. It is those small notes and subtle lines that create the beauty. Don’t feel that what you are doing is worthless. Examine your heart to see if you are doing what you were created for. Then let God’s grace wash over you and know that He is pleased. I also add to not deceive yourself. Ask God if you are fulfilling your calling in life. Then go forward in that calling and enjoy His blessings.

I have just returned from a board meeting for International Outreach Ministries. What a joy it is to share fellowship with men who have such a heart for God. It is truly one of the greatest joys of my life. These men give their lives for the Kingdom. They look outwardly, beyond the walls of culture and countries, to see what God is doing. We are living in a day when thousands of people are responding to the drawing of the Holy Spirit. Praise God for the victories. We have missionaries that are reaching muslims through the internet by the thousands. We have others who are rescuing abandoned children in Cambodia, and reaching prostitutes in China. There are efforts bringing people together in countries that usually are at war with one another. I wish I could give you the details, but I can’t. We have to protect them. I just want you to know that God is touching people with His love. I have been moved in my spirit to see the sacrifice being made to share the message of Hope.

My desire is to serve our mission efforts. I bring teams to share the Gospel, feed the hungry and serve the poor. I go to the ends of the world to teach pastors, leaders and business owners. I want to help them rise to new levels and then to realize that they are useful in God’s Kingdom. We are already seeing missionaries come out of countries all over the world that were once only receiving blessings, but now are being blessings. That will increase in days to come.

I leave for Morelia, Mexico on Sept. 30. I will speak to the men of Filadelphia Church, the leadership and then to the congregation. Please pray for these days.

I leave for Kenya on November 9. We had thought we would have a team of at least 12 people going, but it looks like we will only have 5 or 6. We plan to work on the LeRoy Curtis Training Center we started about four years ago. We will put in doors, windows, build an office and put up walls. I need your financial help for this trip. Many factors contributed to their being less men going. The short story is that the money I planned for this trip has not come in. The financial need is $4000.00. I know that is a large amount of money, but it covers the airfare, insurance, food, transportation and helps me to have monies for my family at home. Please pray about helping us if at all possible. You can contribute online at RonaldGrayMinistries.org or send to P.O. Box 1873, Daphne, AL 36526.
