December Update
Dear Friends,
Merry Christmas to You! I pray this will be a blessed time in your life and the lives of your family. I pray that peace will abound in the midst of activities and travel. Make some time to rest and speak blessings to those around you.
I have just returned from Africa. Nine people went with me to Kenya to help build the Mama Beverly Guest House on the campus of Kenya Ministry Training Institute. We were able to build two dormitory rooms that will sleep eight people. We also built two bathrooms and showers. Grace Temple gave money for this project. We still need about $1500 to complete the task. I was able to preach the graduation of 23 students at the Nakuru satellite school. What a blessing as each one of these students shared what KMTI had meant to them. They said that they no longer preached heresy, but understood how to study God’s Word. They also shared they had learned how to treat their family with respect and love. This is so important in a culture that has operated on tradition instead of truth. You can make an investment by sponsoring a student for $600 per year. I also spent some time in an North Africa country visiting with some friends who are making a difference in the lives of many people. I traveled 25,000 miles in seventeen days with ten airplane segments.
I am working on our plans for next year. We plan to go back to Kenya to finish the training center building. I also am still working on completing the medical clinic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. You can find more information on my website.
I hope to have a team or two go to Costa Rica and finish the two pastors homes we began there this year. We need $8000 to finish both homes. Please pray about giving to this need.
The book signing event went well. You can order my new book, Enter to Worship – Exit to Serve, on line or call our office at 251-621-0983. You may also e-mail me if you desire. We will have DVDs ready in a week or two. We taped six sessions. It will also be available on CD. I hope some of you will order some for yourself and for your church.
God has been moving in powerful ways in the last couple of months. We are seeing some great things happen in the altars of Church’s as God touches His people. I look forward to the opportunities God has set before us next year. Here is my schedule:
