Dear Friends,
What a day we are living in. There seems to be all kinds of confusion and difficulties around us. I pray today that God will give you His peace. He says that we can have peace that passes understanding. We cannot comprehend this with our minds. This peace comes from the inside, not the outside. Psalms 20:7-8 says; “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright.” There are many today who claim to trust in the Lord, but they shake with every newscast or article that is negative. I choose today to trust in the Name of the Lord. He will save us and deliver us. I still believe God will make a way where there does not seem to be a way. That is His nature. God is not defined by the consequences of our lives. He is the same. I believe God wants you to rest in His peace today.
I have just returned from Waterbury, CT with Pastor Keith Stuarte at Living Faith Christian Center. I spoke for their mission banquet and then on Sunday morning. What a great time we had. Thank God for pastors who want to touch the world. There has been a fresh wind of the Spirit these last few weeks at Abundant Life Church in Mt. Juliet and Eagles Way Church in Griffin, GA. I am thankful to be a part of what God is doing.
I celebrated years of ministry on July 4. God has been so very kind to me. I am thankful for my wife ( who celebrates her birthday today, August 18) and my children and grandchildren. I am thankful for my heritage with pastors who who have spoken into my life. I am thankful for great friends who give me strength with their fellowship. I am thankful for those who support us financially and prayerfully. God has been good to me!
Mission News: We have sent money to buy uniforms for three students in Costa Rica. Two uniforms, shoes and school supplies cost $100 per student per year. I hope to buy uniforms for at least 100 students. We are partnering with Boy with a Ball Ministries who does a great work in Costa Rica. If you want to help, please send $100 to us at Ronald Gray Ministries.
I am planning my next trips. I leave for Morelia, MX on Sept. 30 for five days to teach at a conference. I am also planning our Kenya trip. We leave on Nov. 9 and return on Nov. 20. The cost is $2600. We plan to finish the LeRoy Curtis Training Center. If you would like to go or if you would like to contribute to the materials or my trip, I will be glad to give you more information. Just email me with your questions and we will respond.
